I might show up in Germany for a week or so. Depends on work. Of course work is threatening to send me to India for a week. Honestly, that's about the last place I want to go. Why can't they have a bunch of programmers in the south of France or northern Italy?

August something, if anything. England could be fun but I'd really like to do Germany. I've been to 40/50 states but only Tijuana (when it wasn't a druglord shooting gallery) , a handful of spots near the Niagara Falls in Canaha, and about ten days in Japan. England seems like fun, but not as much of an adventure as Germany or France and definitely less interesting food/drink. Yeah, yeah, british beers. I've had them. Not bad. But there's something far more appealing about a beer hall in Munich or a wine and cheese at a cafe in rural France than a random British pub.

I can say that there is something inherently wonderful about seeing Inferno in Germany. I saw them in Nürnberg 3 years ago and it was my favorite show. I drank my dinner in the beer garden next door before hand, which probably skewed my judgement...but still. If I had any money I'd probably head over, but I don't.
However, you should consider Edinburgh, maybe as a stopover to Germany. For one, Edinburgh is incredible. Two, I'll be there. And three, Scotland is way better than England in general anyway.

Couldn't agree more.
I'd love to go to that show in Royère-de-Vassivière, but I guess I'll end up in Germany again.
Oh and booohoo! Too many dates in the UK and Germany too few in the Balkans, Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Italy and Spain. I'm hesitant to complain though, since every European show they play is one more than last year. :)

Ljubljana! You and I both saw that even at the non-secret show in 2009 only like 25-30 people showed up. :) Although the Laško kind of infected my remembrance of that night.
I guess the secret show is in Germany; it was on the schedule really early: back in the days when Dunkerque and Dijon were still on it as well.

Sonic Ballroom in Koln was such a crazy night when I was there last summer. The minute the owner brings out their homemade jager you are all doomed, though it's not too bad cause the flat is right above the bar.
Also is anyone planning on doing some of these dates? I saved up money to go to the UK for a nice break after school, but realized if I'm not traveling or on tour its just a super expensive and a boring vacation. Flights are looking decent and I'm getting that terrible itch to get the fuck out of the US.
