Patrick goes on stage during levine, and gets down slowly, no harm
turns out bouncers were super uptight about stage diving, and going on stage
patrick gets kicked out
he gets back in
we relize last song is stage dive, and he organizes a plan that everyone will stage dive during that whole song
jack stage dives mid set and throws around "Please Do Not Get On Stage" paper
then last song of encore, stage dive, comes on.
everyone goes crazy, people shoving out of the way bouncers, i landed on one on my way down, he became trapped, whoops. it was 3 bouncers verse like 100 kids.
what a great show

It was good times! Last time I saw Stage Dive was in March and I was filming... and that was at the more disasterous Court Tavern show. This was a fine alternative, although I was one of the unsaved victims of the bouncers wrath.

Alright, first off, fuck the Black Cat security. Fuck no stage diving policies enforced by Bouncers who love to choke people and try to pull them out. This being said, we were so sick of the strictness of the bouncers after they tried to kick Patrick out and didn't let Lindsey in, that we all were pretty much like, Last song, we're all stage diving, they can't get all of us. So Patricks friend Webster was the first I saw go for it as they began to play Stage Dive! and then we all erupted, and the security guards went insane, people were getting kicked out left and right, one had me by the neck and I was like fuck, I'm not getting out of this, and then I see Dave 9mm behind me, behind the bouncer, and he grabs the bouncer, and punched him in the face a good 5 or 6 times, and I feel the bouncer let go. I love Dave. Fuck the Black Cat security, so hard, Amazing set though.
Edit: Grudges, Hot House Flowers, Rat, Stage Dive and Zen were the songs that stuck out the most in my mind last night.
Edited again for the Protection of Dave.

Oh God, what a great show. I'm just glad the blood was fake though! Looking down at the floor during Stage Dive and seeing it splatters of red all over the place freaked the fuck out of me. Those bouncers were the most intense of any I've ever seen, they were asking for it ;-)

Ok, so stage dive came on, and I decide to sing to a bouncer for the first half of the song while other people are diving. I grab on to him and serenade for a while. Finally, I see my opening, and make a dive. I land fine, then patrick decides it's fake blood time, right in front of me. It gets all over my hands and face, but somehow not on my suit. A bouncer comes and grabs me, people start to dissipate from under me, and I smash the floor with my shoulder. He pulls me up and away, I'm ready to go quietly.
Then he looks at my face.
The dude freaks out asking if I'm ok and if he should call someone. I tell him I'm fine, and walk away. He didn't even try to kick me out.

alot of times this scene just seems like its all talk, but last night we actually followed through and it worked perfectly, with the bouncers being as big of assholes they were we really needed to let them know they were fucking with the wrong scene. im really glad in a spur of the moment i brought fake blood, and im really glad the band played stage dive, as we planned to all dive the last song any ways. HOLY SHIT THE ANARCHISTS WALL OF DEATH! noone has mentioned this yet but we successfully stopped a kickline from happening at the end of anarchists by forming a giant wall of death. this needs to happen at every show.
i was punched in the ear by a bouncer but dave totally got them back.
fuck the bouncers yeah yeah yeah was a great chant. the whole night was great. holy shit the new drummer is amazing. they were soundchecking with pumpkin time and didnt know how to play it. RAJA IS BACK! im so glad last night happened.

In addition to the wall of death ^^, i think the scene should also institute a rule that would force Dave 9MM to punch at least one bouncer in the face 5 times every time he goes to an inferno show.
(note: he can also punch 5 bouncers in the face one time each for variety)
EDIT-Also, that was a great show. Commendations all around! good job guys, good job.

last night was the best.
it was good meeting you patrick, and all the thigns we did during the show were fucking awesome. wall of death during anarchists, stage diving during stage dive, chanting fuck the bouncers, all so great. and thank you for letting me sleep in your parents bed.
it was so cool meeting so many other people, chris, sam, kris, dave bakunim, dave9mm, fuck i don't remember newbeat mimehater or madmonkettes real names anymore. my bad. but i will see all of you on friday.

oh and also while we were walking down the stairs i was talking to a friend about what and ass hole the bouncer with the jumpsuit that looked like Ali-G was, and right as i said that he was walking up the stairs, and he mumbles, but pretty loud too to me "that was fucking me, ass hole"

it was one of the best inferno shows i've been to in a while. i was a little disappointed about there being no waltz, but eh, what can you do? it was actually my first time seeing them headline in DC ever since I moved down here for school and I was pleasantly surprised at a decent crowd.

i want to marry everyone that was at the show. my friend webster fucking hated inferno for the past two years and he ended up starting the pandemonium during the last song. it goes to show that the band is not just the music; it's the show, and it's the scene.
baltimore tonight, kids. luckily, the ottobar allows stage diving, and the bouncers are (usually) not dicks (though dan newbeat might beg to differ). the only thing i'd suggest is that if you sweat off your X's, politely ask the bouncer to X you back up so they don't think you tried to pull any funny stuff. let's show tonight that the inferno scene has some class, too.

i didn't go to this but the black cat's security DOES fucking suck. my friend got crushed up against the stage at a black lips show in march, and had to crawl onto the stage with the intention of getting back into the crowd immediately. a bouncer who looked like fucking kim jong-il if he was a little bit taller and a lot fatter pushed him out of the venue, down that weird staircase, and kicked him on his ass onto the sidewalk.

I'm freezing, broke, gross, and starving, but this weekend was one of the best I've had in a long, long time, and I feel so incredibly lucky to be a part of what happened this weekend.
Ignoring the craziness and anger of some of what has already been said, i just want to thank a you all.
Patrick, you were as fun as ever. Thanks so much for letting me crash with all of you, it was an awesome end to an exciting and unpredictable evening.
Ryan, Kriss, Alex, and Lindsey, it was awesome to hang out with all of you again, tons of fun and great conversation!
Dennis and Chris, it was good to meet both of you, and extremely fun to chat with you.
