What's going on here! I mean, I know Tennant said he was leaving, but he also said he was doing a few specials in 2009, before the next season.

Christmas special. Definitely more to it than what meets the eye. He might be the next doctor, but then again, remember. This is the show that can make you believe three foot tall tin cans are the most evil thing in the universe.

I just got into "Doctor Who" because my friend showed me Torchwood and I thought it was entertaining, so we watched that until the end of the first season, then she said we had to watch some of Dr. Who, so we did that and I realized it's vastly superior. So now I'm catching up on episodes I've missed in seasons 2 and onward (we finished season 1).

I found it overwhelming at first, but then, i realized, i was making a huge deal out of it.
Guy's name is Morrissey.
Could be the Doctor. That trailer makes me think that he won't be able to pull off Tennant though. However, Steven Moffat is taking over main direction, and he always did the darker, scarier episodes. I think Morrissey could pull off a serious, dark doctor.

4. somthing strange, like some sort of ooze that copied the doctors DNA or somthing

man, i'm going to miss david tennant...
then again, i said the same about christopher eccleston, but grew to love tennant just as much (if not more) within the first few episodes.
